Rick Santorum seems to call President Obama a "nig…"

At 40 seconds, Santorum seems to say the “n” word: “The anti-war government nig — uh, the … America was a source for division around….” But it all seems incoherent. It’s unclear what he was trying to say. “The anti-war government blackie”? Doesn’t make sense.
