Join us Tuesday July 2nd as we join hands to form HUMAN CHAINS AGAINST THE CHAINED CPI in events across the country. This National Day of Action will showcase the broad base of Americans who support protecting and enhancing retirement security, not dismantling Social Security inch by inch.

Some members of Congress continue to press the Chained CPI benefit cut as a part of a deal to reduce the deficit.  But let’s be clear: Social Security has not contributed one dime to the deficit.
