Quickie: For the sake of the Democratic Party

For the sake of the Democratic Party, President Obama should allow a strong, more authentically Democratic candidate to run in 2012.  Otherwise, like the Pied Piper, he’ll likely drag the rest of the Democratic ticket over the cliff.   He is unpopular even among his base.
