Environmental Priorities Coalition Workshop: this Saturday UW

In 2012, the Environmental Priorities Coalition will be working with you to protect the things that are most important to Washington’s families – our kids’ health, rebuilding our economy, and maintaining our clean air and clean water.

Every year, your voice helps to protect Washington’s environment. I hope to see many of you this Saturday at our first event of 2012 – Legislative Workshop. Online registration is open until 5:00pm on Thursday, January 5th.

Environmental Priorities Coalition Legislative Workshop
When:  Saturday, January 7th, 9:30 AM – 2:45 PM
Where: University of Washington, Kane Hall 120 (new location!)
Cost:  $20 with lunch, $10 without lunch, and $10 for students with lunch
Who:  You, State Legislators, and dozens of the state’s leading environmental organizations

We’ll have experts on hand and a panel of our state legislators to answer your questions about this year’s Environmental Priorities. We’ll also have helpful break-out sessions on building a base, getting your voice heard, and immediate ways you can take action. Attending the Environmental Priorities Legislative Workshop is one of the best ways to get prepared for Environmental Lobby Day. Space is limited. Register for Legislative Workshop today.

Our second big event of the year is Environmental Lobby Day. Because this year is a shorter session, Lobby Day is in late January.

Environmental Lobby Day
