From 167-page state proposal offering Boeing further concessions on top of $8.7B tax break: On workers’ comp, “we are committed to working with you to identify and implement additional administrative and, potentially legislative, cost-saving measures that will further reduce your costs” (pg. 30). On pollution, “we commit to exploring how public investment in pollution reduction efforts can contribute” (pg. 33 – in other words, we’ll pay for your pollution if you make us).
